How much does house cleaning cost in the Elgin and Columbia area?
Recurring cleans start at $130 for homes under 1,500 square feet and $165 for 1,500 to 2,500. Deep cleans start at $220 and move-out cleans at $260. Your final price is set by home size and condition, agreed before we start. See the full pricing page.
Do you clean in Lugoff and Camden, and is the price the same?
Yes. We clean across Elgin, Lugoff, Camden, Northeast Columbia, and the surrounding Midlands, with the same published pricing by home size everywhere we serve.
Does a move-out cleaning help me get my deposit back?
A move-out clean gets an empty home rent- or sale-ready, the detailed top-to-bottom clean landlords and buyers look for. Move-out cleans start at $260, with the final price set by home size and condition.
Can I have the same cleaner each visit?
Yes. Recurring clients get our Preferred Client setup built in: a kept preference profile we follow on every visit, so you never have to re-explain how you like things done. On a one-time clean, you can add it as a flat add-on. More on Preferred Client.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we make it right at no charge. The re-clean promise covers what was agreed for that visit.
Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes. Rough, final, and punch-list cleans, from a cleaner who has worked construction. Post-construction sites are quoted per job. More on post-construction cleaning.
Do you clean apartment turns for property managers?
Yes. Unit-turn cleans on your make-ready schedule, rent-ready when we leave. Starting rates run from $120 for a studio. More for property managers.
